My practice serves a wide range of patients with different health challenges, ages, and genders, but I primarily support women in reclaiming their lives from hormonal imbalances, encompassing teens through menopause. This includes PCOS, estrogen dominance, thyroid disorders, adrenal dysregulation, PMS, chronic stress/burnout, and the trials of perimenopause and menopause.
I stand as an advocate for your hope, health, and wellness.
While I do not have a magic wand, my role is to guide, encourage, and empower you through holistic and restorative approaches. My aim is to assist you in navigating your health journey effectively, to strategize, and to make the best choices for yourself.

In addition to my professional practice, I hold dear community service, which has included support for a women's shelter and participation in outreach health care events. My joy in coming alongside women has also extended into various leadership, teaching, and speaking roles within women's programs in my faith community.

In my free time, I’m a bit of a nerd and love researching all things hope, health, and wellness. As a foodie, I unwind by hanging out in my kitchen and creating yummy yet healthy dishes. I am also a lover of the great outdoors enjoying everything from hiking, camping, biking, kayaking, skiing, or simply taking a quiet walk in the neighborhood.
My husband, Scott, is my best friend. We are proud parents of two adult daughters and a son who serves in the Marine Corps. Additionally, we have two friendly and inquisitive cats, Maya and Kai, who you might spot in my home office.
I am a woman marked by my faith which leads me in both my personal life and practice.
